Nina Lassander, born and raised in Jeppo, Finland participated in the Finnish Eurovision Song Contest in 2010 with the song "Cider Hill", written by Janne Hyöty and Paul Oxley. It was the most thrilling final where she eventually got second place after Kuunkuiskaajat.
At 11 years old Nina won "Stjärnskottet" (Shooting Star) and 2011 she got the Music & Talent Music Award. Nina has studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA. Nina lived many years in Stockholm and today she is a vocal teacher at Novia University of Applied Science in Jakobstad, Finland, a school where she also once was a student herself.
